From my early days watching from the sidelines as a project manager to becoming a nationally recognized CIO, I've helped organizations like Microsoft, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Sellen, Expedia, and Boeing achieve ambitious goals through bold, human-centered leadership and patent-pending innovation.
But after stepping away from my full-time role as a CIO, I realized I'd lost part of my identity. The only way I knew how to introduce myself at networking events was by my title. Without the title, what was I? That set me on a journey to reimagine my personal identity. After investing in numerous masterclasses, I realized the value and importance of having a personal brand and discovered the idea of a portfolio career. I’ve blended the best from world-class programs with AI-powered techniques to create an experience that reflects the reality of modern technology leadership.
My portfolio career has spanned the boardroom, the startup pitch stage, and the frontlines of digital transformation. I’ve advised founders, invested in big ideas, scaled teams to 100+, raised millions in venture capital, and led initiatives that set new industry benchmarks. But my greatest passion has always been people and creating vibrant and energizing environments for humans to connect, work, and play.
Now, it is my joy and honor to help leading ladies in technology grow their influence, navigate career transitions, and lead with confidence. My approach blends real-world strategy with practical tools and the kind of perspective you can only get from someone who’s been there.
